"Five Rivers" is drawn from the historic name of Punjab — Panj-ab, "the land of five waters" — referring to the rivers Beas, Chenab, Jhelum, Ravi, and Sutlej. For centuries, Punjab sat at the crossroads of overland trade between Central Asia and the Indian subcontinent, a region defined by the movement of goods.
We carry the name with intent. Five Rivers Materials is a chemical sourcing, blending, and distribution firm headquartered at Williams Tower in Houston, with operations and warehouses across India, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, and the United States West Coast. Our work is the work of trade — moving qualified industrial chemicals from origin to the buyers and operators who depend on them.
We serve two industrial verticals at container scale: oilfield chemicals for upstream and midstream operators, and food chemicals for industrial food and beverage manufacturers. Both share a single back-end discipline — direct supplier relationships, qualified origins, hazmat-ready logistics, and full regulatory documentation on every shipment.
